Refund Policy

The rules for subscription cancellations, refunds, annual plans, payment processing, and refund requests for Mock API Studio.

Effective date: September 9, 2026

This page is a working draft for review and should be checked by qualified legal counsel before launch.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Mock API Studio subscription at any time.

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the paid features of Mock API Studio until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made.

2. Refunds

Payments for Mock API Studio subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is granted in accordance with Paddle's applicable terms and refund policies.

We do not generally provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused time, or unused features.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable subscription period.

Cancelling an annual subscription prevents the subscription from renewing at the end of the current annual billing period. Cancellation does not automatically result in a full or partial refund for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period.

Any applicable refund rights remain subject to mandatory law and Paddle's applicable refund policies.

4. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights. Where such rights apply, they will be respected in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

5. Payment Processing and Refund Requests

Purchases of Mock API Studio subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our transactions.

Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, refunds, and payment-related customer support.

Refund requests may be submitted through Paddle's buyer support service and will be handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable policies.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with Mock API Studio, please contact us so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Reporting a technical issue does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
